What happens after the 30-day trial?
On day 31 we charge the card you entered. You can cancel any time in your account before then and you won't be charged.
Do I need to enter a card to start?
Yes. We take card details up front. We find it filters out the tyre-kickers and protects our roadmap. You are not charged until day 31.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, in one click from your account settings. No retention flow, no calls, no forms.
What counts as a venue?
One physical kitchen or service. A pub with one kitchen is one venue. A group with three cafés is three venues. Pop-ups and trucks count as one each.
Is my data safe and backed up?
Yes. Your records are encrypted in transit and at rest, backed up daily. You own the data. Export anything, any time.
Do you support multi-site operators?
Yes. Up to 60% off additional venues on both plans. Switch between venues from one login on Pro.
Can my team use the app on their own phones?
Yes. Staff log in with a PIN. No account required. Works on iOS, Android coming soon.
